Returns & Refunds

Because our products are freshly baked food items, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons. 

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing product, or if it arrives damaged), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll be happy to:

Offer a replacement or

Issue a refund back to your original payment method.

Eligibility

Claims must be reported within 1 day of receiving your order.

A photo of the product may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days after approval.

نظرًا لأن منتجاتنا من الخبز والمخبوزات الطازجة، لا يمكننا قبول الاسترجاع بعد توصيل الطلب، وذلك لأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة وسلامة الغذاء.

لكن رضاكم يهمنا دائمًا 💛 إذا كان هناك أي مشكلة في طلبكم (منتج خاطئ، عنصر ناقص، أو تالف عند التوصيل)، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام وسنكون سعداء بأن:

·       نقوم بتبديل المنتج

·       إعادة المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصل

شروط الاسترداد

·       يجب الإبلاغ عن المشكلة خلال يوم واحد من استلام الطلب

·       قد نطلب صورة للمنتج لمساعدتنا في حل المشكلة بسر

·       تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة خلال 5–7 أيام عمل بعد الموافقة
